I’m going to bail out of Multnomah county too as soon as rates drop enough. I’m already seriously looking. I’m ok keeping a Portland address as long as my property taxes aren’t going to Multnomah county. As long as I can access downtown easily, and have more outdoor space, that’s all I care about.
