I saw this post and at a first glance I thought the pixel art had been made by OP, but then I remembered I saw that on Reddit too and, in fact, the description on Lemmy redirects to the original author. If I didn’t open the post or I hadn’t seen it on Reddit, I would have thought that the piece was from OP, which is misleading (and not fair both to the artist and to whom wants to show their own pieces).

Suggestions:

  • specify [OC] in the title, or…
  • if Lemmy supports it, add an OC tag in the post template
