As soon as it’s clear the campers aren’t just parked, they have people living in them, the city goes hands off. “Welp! Nothing we can do!”
Even if the plates are expired, the camper is in pieces and inoperable, and is buried in stolen bikes and drugs, it’s all hands off.
Well, when people cars, RVs and tents get set on fire and dragged into the middle of an intersection, the city won’t be able to say that nobody told them.
